In working for several very successful Internet Marketers – I happen to be privy to some of the dealings with a large customer base.  As such, I’d answer customer support type of questions regarding the product and service.  The good news is – the majority of ‘complaints’ were from those that wanted to cash in quick but didn’t want to pay for the information.  Yep, they wanted to build an online business and make lots of money and not have to pay a dime.  Seriously?  And what color is the sky in the world they live in?  That would be cool, wouldn’t it?  But that’s just not how it works.

If you are going to build an online business – you are going to have to shell out some cash.  And might I add, not just a ‘one-time fee’ type of set up either.  (Some of it may be – but there will certainly be some recurring fees as well.)

So…get over yourself and accept that as a fact. It costs money to start and run an online business.  Period.  Now, it does not have to be a LOT of money going out every month.  Online business can be done relatively cheap.  Isn’t that good to know!

One of the facets that can be had for nothing (other than your time and effort) is TRAFFIC.  With patience and persistence you can build traffic to your site without any ‘out of pocket’ money.  What it will cost you is determination and consistency – you will have to spend the time to get the ball rolling.  Once you have the proverbial “ball” rolling though, watch out.  It will blow your mind and make you feel like shouting in the streets!

Note: If you pay for traffic, you will profit a lot faster.  However, if you are on a budget and cannot afford to pay for traffic…then here is a tip for getting it for little to no money at all.

Use WordPress and start a blog.  Why WordPress?  That’s easy…because a WordPress blog is liked by Google’s (and other) search engines more than ANY OTHER blogging platform.  AND the blogging software/templates are FREE.  Well, ok, you do have to pay for hosting and I certainly do recommend getting a good hosting company – but the one I use is only $8.95 a month!!   I use a well known and respected hosting company, too, so don’t tell me that a good hosting company for little money is hard to find – because that’s crap.

Now wait, it gets better.  The way that the WordPress software works, you don’t even have to do anything for the search engines to find your website.  You will NOT have to submit your site to the search engines or pay to have it done.  How cool is that?

Yes, you will want to enhance your sites visibility.  Get this…Wordpress blogs also have the most free and flexible ways to increase your traffic than any of the other blogging or website platforms.   So what are you waiting for?  Get busy!
